Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/inicio Primero. Purpose The purpose of the subsidies is to promote and support non-university educational centers supported with public funds of the Valencian Community, for the implementation of sports, physical activity and health (PEAFS) projects that promote physical activity and sport outside of school hours and are integrated into the educational project of the center in the 2025-2026 academic year, as well as the implementation of the PEAFS coordinator of the center. Second. Beneficiary entities 1. Non-university educational centers supported with public funds from the Valencian Community that teach Primary Education and Compulsory Secondary Education, that carry out PEAFS projects in the 2025-2026 academic year, may apply for these subsidies and financial allocations. 2. Private subsidized centers must comply with all the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and the documentation that proves this will be attached to the corresponding subsidy application. Third. Regulatory bases ORDER 25/2017, of June 29, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which approves the regulatory bases of subsidies and economic allocations to non-university educational centers supported with public funds of the Valencian Community, for the implementation of sports, physical activity and health (PEAFS) projects that are integrated into the educational project of the center (DOGV 8076 of 04.07.2017). Room. Amount The estimated maximum total amount to be granted in this call for the 2026 financial year amounts to 1,400,000 euros, distributed as follows: a) Allocation for extraordinary operating expenses of public educational centers dependent on the Department of Education, Culture and Universities owned by the Generalitat, an estimated maximum of 1,200,000 euros from chapter 2 of the budget application G01050208457A00. b) Subsidy to subsidized private teaching centers, an estimated maximum of 200,000 euros, corresponding to budget application G01050208 457A00, chapter 4 and subsidy line S0140. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications, along with the rest of the required documentation, will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. Failure to comply with this deadline will automatically determine exclusion.
