Beneficiaries. Municipalities at risk of depopulation in the area of the Valencian Community, in accordance with article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community, that have forest land in their municipal area and carry out the activities subject to these subsidies on lands of their property, when they are not managed by the Generalitat, or on private lands in which an agreement has been signed. according to article 49 bis.3 of Law 3/1993, of December 9, forestry of the Valencian Community. Second. Purpose. Call for subsidies for the year 2026 to support investments in mountain municipalities, at risk of depopulation, within the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. DECREE 24/2024, of September 17, of the President of the Generalitat, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies intended to support investments in mountain municipalities, at risk of depopulation that meet the requirements of article 15 of Law 5/2023, of April 13, comprehensive measures against depopulation and for territorial equity in the Valencian Community. https://dogv.gva.es/datos/2024/10/03/pdf/2024_10159_es.pdf Fourth. Amount The maximum estimated amount for the year 2026 to finance these actions amounts to 700,000.00 euros (seven hundred thousand euros), charged to chapter VII, subsidy line S0181, application G01050403, and subprogram 125.B00 “Fight against depopulation and territorial cohesion”, its granting being conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit in the budgets of the Generalitat. The maximum amount of the subsidy, corresponding to the year 2026, for each entity that is a beneficiary, is established at twenty thousand euros (€20,000.00), VAT included. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
