*BDNS ( ): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). The basic determinations of the call are the following: Beneficiaries Companies, natural or legal persons, with registered office and work center in the regions of Lleida and who foresee, or plan to participate in international fairs and exhibitions, which are held in the national territory or abroad, and who declare a turnover of less than 10 million euros in the year prior to the publication of the call, can be beneficiaries of these subsidies. Non-profit entities with work centers open in the regions of Lleida will also be considered beneficiaries for participation in international fairs and exhibitions described in the previous point. Purpose The purpose of this call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to social or individual entrepreneurs, who carry out their activity totally or partially and have their business domicile in the regions of Lleida, in order to encourage their participation in international fairs and exhibitions, whether virtually or in person, held in national territory or abroad, and thus expand their areas of commercial influence. International fairs will be understood as those held abroad and, for those held in Spain, those that appear in the Resolution of the Secretary of State for Commerce of January 27, 2025, which approves the official calendar of fairs for the year 2025, published in BOE No. 31, of February 5, 2025. Regulatory bases General regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Provincial Council of Lleida and of its autonomous bodies approved by the Plenary Session of the Provincial Council of Lleida in ordinary session 10/2024, of November 28, 2024, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Lleida No. 58, of March 25, 2025. Budgetary credit and amount of subsidies The total amount of the call is €225,000.00. This amount will be covered by budget application 2026-073-433-4790003, Aid to companies for attendance at international fairs, from the budget of the Economic Promotion Board of the Lleida Provincial Council. The granting of subsidies will be conditional on the existence of adequate and sufficient credit at the time of the resolution of the concession. Subsidies may be awarded up to 40% of the total cost of the actions with a maximum of €3,000.00 per application. The following are excluded from this call: - The personnel costs of the beneficiary companies, as well as their ordinary operating expenses. Form, place of submission and documentation of applications A maximum of two applications per company will be accepted. Each application will refer to participation in a specific fair.
