Official description of the call

BENEFICIARIES Those people who, being in a situation of serious need, meet the following requirements may apply for this aid: a. That they do not have sufficient resources or income to meet the expenses derived from the emergency situation. b. That the annual per capita income of the members of the family or cohabitation unit to which the applicant belongs does not exceed 100% of the current IPREM, calculated annually with twelve payments. c. That it has the technical report in which the need for the action object of the aid is determined, and it is stated that all existing resources aimed at resolving the need raised have been exhausted, both by the beneficiaries of the aid and by the Social Intervention Team of the primary care social services. SECOND. PURPOSE The purpose of these bases, within the framework of what is established by Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies and by the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies approved by R.D. 887/2006, of July 21, is to define the conditions and procedure to be followed, under a competitive competition regime, for the application and granting of social emergency aid aimed at individuals or family or cohabitation units, the purpose of which is the prevention of risk situations or social exclusion, attention to the basic and social emergency needs of citizens. THIRD. REGULATORY BASES Regulatory bases for the granting of "Social Emergency Aid" approved by agreement of the Plenary Session in an ordinary session held on February 4, 2021. FOURTH. AMOUNT The concept and amount of the aid will be classified as follows: a. Main residence use: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 70% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis and up to a maximum of 3 monthly payments, taking into account the score obtained on the scale and the expense generated. b. Energy poverty: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 70% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis and up to a maximum of 3 monthly payments, taking into account the score obtained on the scale and the expense generated. c. Basic needs: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 70% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis and up to a maximum of 3 monthly payments, based on the score obtained on the scale and the expense generated. d. Extraordinary actions: They may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 17.50% IPREM in force, all on an annual basis, only once, based on the score obtained on the scale and without exceeding the amount of the expense that is the object of the aid. and. Travel: It may be granted in the corresponding amount with the maximum limit of 50% IPREM in force, all on a monthly basis and up to a maximum of 3 monthly payments, based on the score obtained on the scale and the expense generated. FIFTH. FINANCING The financing of the aid regulated in these Bases will be charged to budget item 231.00-480.00 Individualized Economic Benefits: Emergency Aid, from chapter 4 of the budgets of the Puig de Santa María City Council for the year 2026, and will be conditioned, in any case, to the existence in said budgets of adequate and sufficient credit. For the year 2026, an initial endowment of €80,000 is established. SIXTH. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF APPLICATIONS The deadline for the submission of applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the province of Valencia, and until October 31, 2026.
