Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Youth Associations that meet the following requirements may obtain the aid managed through this call: - Have their headquarters in a municipality in the province of Valladolid with less than 20,000 inhabitants. - Have updated Statutes in accordance with the provisions of Organic Law 1/2002, Regulating the Right of Association. - Be registered in the Registry of Youth Associations of the Junta de Castilla y León, before the end of the application submission period. - Have a Board of Directors in which half of its members do not exceed the age of thirty years at the end of the application submission period (art. 52.1 c) of Law 11/2002, of July 10, on Youth of Castilla y León). To determine the population of the municipalities, the latest data published by the National Institute of Statistics on the final date of submission of applications will be taken into account. Second. Object. For the year 2026, on a competitive basis, subsidies are being called for youth associations in the province of Valladolid to support the implementation of activity programs that develop actions of general interest, especially included in the VI Provincial Youth Plan of the Provincial Council of Valladolid 2024-2027. These activity programs will be developed in municipalities in the province of Valladolid. Said aid falls within the measures to promote associations contemplated in article 31 of Organic Law 1/2002, of March 22, Regulating the Right of Association, and in compliance with the provisions of point 2 of article 76 of Law 11/2002, of July 10, on Youth of Castilla y León. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Provincial Council of Valladolid (B.O.P. of the Province of Valladolid of March 6, 2006). Room. Amount. The total amount of the subsidies may not exceed the amount of seventeen thousand euros. The maximum amount of subsidy per Youth Association may not exceed the amount of 1,500.00 euros. Fifth. Application submission deadline. It will end after 20 business days, counted from 00:00 hours of the day following the day in which the announcement of the call appears published in extract in the Official Gazette of the Province, until 2:00 p.m. of the twentieth business day. When the last day of the deadline is a non-business day, the filing deadline will be deemed extended until 2:00 p.m. on the first following business day. Sixth. Other information of interest. Eligible expenses: Those determined in Base 5 of the call. Compatibility: According to Base 7. Applications: They will be presented in the terms established in Base 9 of the call. Documentation: They will be presented in the terms established in Base 10 of the call Assessment criteria: Established in Base 13. Payment method: Once the call has been resolved and so that the Associations can finance the implementation of the eligible activities, 100% of the subsidy awarded will be released as "to be justified". Form of justification: The documentary justification of the performance of the subsidized activity will be carried out through the presentation of the Justifying Account provided for in Article 72 of Royal Decree 887/2006 of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, which will contain the following documentation: 1.- An action report justifying compliance with the conditions imposed in the granting of the subsidy, indicating the activities carried out and the results obtained. It must be accompanied by a copy of the dissemination material for the activities in which the Provincial Council's advertising as co-financier appears. 2.- An economic report justifying the cost of the activities carried out that, according to paragraph 3 of the aforementioned article and due to the purpose of this subsidy, will contain the following points of those included in paragraph 2 of Article 72: a) A classified list of the expenses of the activity, with identification of the creditor and the document, its amount, date of issue and, if applicable, date of payment.
