Universitat Jaume I Extract from the Resolution Castellón de la Plana, January 26, 2026, of the Vice-Rector for Research of the Universitat Jaume I of Castellón, which calls for a research initiation grant linked to the project «LA CAIXA FOUNDATION JUNIOR LEADER POSTDOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIP IN UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH CENTERS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL» – Code 24I158 – Directed by: Marcileia Zanatta, from the University Institute of Advanced Materials. (Profile: Degree in Chemical Engineering). BDNS (883476): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiaries Students of the UJI of the Degree in Chemical Engineering, who have passed at least 50% of the credits of the degree and who have not passed all the credits of which the degree consists or the extra credits for which they have been able to enroll and must have Spanish nationality or be a national of a member state of the European Union or of another country not belonging to the EU with a residence or study permit in Spain and with the identification documentation in force, at the time of the incorporation into the scholarship. Second. Purpose Obtain training and collaborate in the research project “LA CAIXA FOUNDATION JUNIOR LEADER POSTDOCTORAL SCHOLARSHIP IN UNIVERSITIES AND RESEARCH CENTERS IN SPAIN AND PORTUGAL”. Third. Characteristics Research initiation scholarship with dedication of 20 hours per week and a gross monthly remuneration of 440 euros. The beneficiary will be included in the General Social Security Regime. The planned duration is 3 months. Room. Regulatory bases Accessible at: http://www.uji.es/seu/info-adm/tao/ Quinto. Amount The overall amount allocated to the award of this scholarship is 1,351.53 euros. This initial credit may be expanded if the needs so determine by the decision of the decision-making body of the call, through the corresponding agreement prior to the award of the aid. Sixth. Deadline for submission of applications Ten days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
