1. OBJECT The object of this call is the regulation of the conditions of access and granting of aid aimed at promoting the emancipation process of the youth of the municipality of Zumarraga, in the year 2026. Two lines of subsidy are established: Aid for housing rental. Aid for self-employment: premises rental costs, preparation of the Project, adaptation works, fees, etc. 2. BENEFICIARIES Young people between 18 and 35 years old as of December 31 of the year in which the call is made, who are not entitled to other similar aid in force, and who meet all the requirements demanded in each of the established subsidy lines. 3. APPLICATIONS AND SUBMISSION DEADLINE Applications must be formalized by the interested party, in the application model that accompanies these bases, from the publication of these Baselines in the Official Gazette of Gipuzkoa, throughout the 2026 financial year. If the application is incomplete, applicants will have a period of 10 days to provide the necessary documentation. If they do not do so within the established period, the application will be filed without further processing. The holders of the applications must meet the following requirements: Be registered in Zumarraga. Aid will be granted only from the date of registration. Be up to date with the payment of taxes, fees, excise duties and penalties with the Zumarraga City Council. Furthermore, depending on the line of subsidy requested, the applicant must meet the following requirements: In the case of requesting aid for renting a home: Be the holder of a rental contract for a home located in Zumarraga, and reside habitually and permanently there. Be registered in the home. Aid will be granted only from the date of registration. The cohabitation unit in said home may be made up of: Young people who reside alone. Young people who reside with other people.
