Official description of the call
1. Purpose of the subsidy. The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedural conditions for the application and granting of subsidies to the citizens of Beasain for the development and materialization of cultural creation projects in 2026. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy These aid are intended for natural persons who: Are over 18 years of age. They are registered in Beasain in the last two years uninterruptedly, taking 03/01/2024 as a reference. Who develop projects or activities in the cultural field or wish to get started in it. Interested persons may submit a request for aid for a maximum of two of the “eligible projects” indicated in Base “3. ELIGIBLE PROJECTS/ACTIVITIES” If the same applicant submits more than one eligible project, aid will only be granted for a single project. This will be the one that obtains the most points based on the assessment criteria established in point 10. 3. Subsidy amount The maximum credit available for this call for subsidies will be €15,000. 75% of the budget presented will be subsidized and a maximum of €3,000 per project, as long as there is no overfinancing. The resolution of the subsidies to be granted will be the responsibility of the mayor's office, taking into account the report sent by the Acceptance and Assessment commission. Subsidies will be resolved as they are received, within a period of approximately two months after receipt of the application. The subsidies awarded under this program will be paid in two payments, 50% upon approval of the granting resolution and the rest upon presentation of supporting documentation for the initiative. The grant awarded will be paid by bank transfer to the current account indicated by the beneficiary. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications Once approved by the competent body, they will be sent to the BDNS and after their publication in the BOG, the deadline for submitting applications will begin, which will end on September 30, 2026. -Mode: The application must be submitted according to the model contained in Annex 1 of these bases, accompanied by the documents indicated in the following point. Applications will be submitted: - Preferably, through the electronic registry of the Beasain City Council: http://www.beasain.eus/es/bulego-birtuala - Through the postal service. - In person, at the Igunea (information office). If the application is not submitted through the electronic registry, the attached documentation will be submitted in paper format and in digital format.
