Official description of the call
The purpose of the call for the social water bonus is to determine the beneficiaries of the Social Water Bonus for the year 2026 in accordance with the provisions of the municipal Ordinance regulating the Social Water Bonus of the Municipality of Fuente Álamo de Murcia (last modification published with consolidated text in BORM No. 116 dated May 22, 2025). In general, natural persons holding the drinking water supply contract who meet the requirements set forth in the second article of the call and provided that: 1) They request it for the supply of drinking water for domestic use in the habitual residence of the family unit may apply for the Social Water Bonus. 2) The value of the net assets of the family unit, excluding the habitual residence, does not exceed 300,000 euros. 3) The average estimated gross per capita income of the family unit does not exceed 1,200.00 euros/month, or the gross income of the family unit in the last 3 months (without extra payments) for the number of members of the family unit does not exceed 3,600.00 euros/quarter or 14,400.00 euros/year. 4) They meet all the general requirements and at least one of the specific requirements, which are reproduced in Annex II, or are holders or beneficiaries of minimum income -Basic income for regional insertion or State minimum vital income. The credit available to attend to these actions will be 75,000.00 euros charged to budget item 2026-161-48000. Applications will be formulated in the standardized application form and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any other of the means indicated in art. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Region of Murcia until December 31, 2026. Both the regulatory bases of the call and the requirements, resolution deadlines, evaluation criteria and other information are included in the text of the call, and will be displayed, once this extract is published, on the website, notice board of the Fuente Álamo de Murcia City Council and on the BDNS.
