Official description of the call

Object. The purpose of this resolution is to call for competitive aid for the financial year 2026, to support the implementation of investment projects that involve the reindustrialization of the Valencian Community by SMEs linked to the following sectors: automotive, defense and security, space and aeronautics and semiconductor sectors; biotechnology, audiovisual and video game production sectors; agri-food sector, provided that the investment is made in depopulated municipalities or at risk of depopulation according to Annex IV; ceramics, glass, industrialized construction and non-metallic construction materials; leather and footwear; containers and packaging; toy, sports industry and other manufacturing industries; Habitat (manufacturing of wood, bathroom and kitchen furniture and equipment, lighting fixtures); marble, natural stone and aggregates; metalworking; paper and graphic arts; plastic; chemical; textile and valorization of materials. Second. Financing For the year 2026, the aid called will be financed from line S1461, of budget program 722A00, chapter VII of the 2026 budget of the Generalitat, up to a maximum estimated global amount of 49,300,000 euros, from own funds. Third. Beneficiary companies 1. Small and medium-sized private companies that develop or are going to develop in the Valencian Community a productive industrial activity directly linked to the industrial sectors that are the subject of this call may be beneficiaries of this aid. 2. For the purposes of this call, small and medium-sized companies will be considered to be those that employ less than 250 people and that, in addition, either have an annual turnover of no more than 50,000,000 euros, or a general balance sheet of no more than 43,000,000 euros. In the case of related or associated companies, the rules for calculating the assets and financial amounts established in Annex I of EU Regulation No. 651/2014 of the Commission of June 17, 2014 will apply. proves that it is validly constituted and registered in the Commercial Registry, Registry of Cooperatives or in the Registry of Labor Companies at the time of submitting the application for aid. Therefore, natural persons and communities of property are excluded as possible beneficiaries. Room. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from 9:00:00 a.m. on February 16, until March 10, 2026. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. (official Spanish peninsular time) on March 10, 2026 will be admitted.
