Second: Object The Socio-Educational Intervention Service (SIS) is a resource of the Basic Social Services of Primary Care of the Regional Council of La Noguera, which offers families in situations of social risk or vulnerability the necessary support to satisfy the basic needs of children and adolescents and guarantee adequate comprehensive development. The service consists of five different lines: L1 Space Families with early childhood; L2 Socio-educational Space; L3 Family Space; L4 Youth Space and L5 Itinerant SIS. The main function of the SIS is to address the socio-educational needs of children and adolescents at risk or vulnerable and also to intervene with families by offering support, accompaniment and training (parenting skills). The purpose of these bases is to establish the criteria and procedure for granting aid aimed at children and adolescents from 0 to 18 years old, with whom a socio-educational intervention is being carried out from the Socio-educational Intervention Service (SIS). Those children and adolescents who, despite being users of the SIS, are receiving help for the same purpose from the Primary Care Social Services (SSAP) or from the Childhood and Adolescence Care Team (EAIA) cannot access it. The Som6 program consists of a set of actions organized to cover the educational, social and relationship needs of children and adolescents.
