EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR THE CONDUCT OF STUDIES IN MUSIC, DRAMATIC ART AND DANCE Mayor's Resolution 33/2026 dated February 12, 2026, which calls for subsidies to carry out studies in music, dramatic art and dance for the 2025-2026 academic year, through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. - Beneficiaries. Students of music, dramatic art and dance, enrolled in music, dramatic art and dance teaching centers, registered in the municipality for a minimum of one year, may apply for this subsidy. Second. - Purpose The purpose of the call is to regulate the granting of subsidies to people registered in the municipality of Arratzua-Ubarrundia who study in educational centers, for musical education, dramatic art and dance, promoting in turn the balanced participation of women and men in carrying out the activities. The following studies may be subject to subsidy: - Music: musical language, instrument, modern harmony, instrumental or combo ensemble and vocal ensemble. - Dramatic art: acting training and improvement, studies in theater direction, scenography, lighting engineering, sound and costumes, and finally, film direction. - Dance: training and improvement in classical and contemporary dance, and technical training in choreography. Third. - Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies were approved in a Plenary Session on October 26, 2020 and published in BOTHA No. 2/2021 of January 8. Room. - Amount of aid. 75 percent of the registration price of the different courses, with a maximum of 200 euros. The maximum limit of 200 euros will not be applicable in the event that the appropriate awards have been made and the budget item is not exhausted. In this case, the remaining amount will be distributed proportionally among the applications that meet all the requirements, always without exceeding 75 percent of the registration price. On the contrary, if the credit allocated is insufficient to meet all the applications submitted, the amount of the subsidy will be reduced proportionally to be able to meet them all. Fifth. - Application submission deadline. Applications will be formulated in the model that appears as Annex to the bases, providing the documentation required therein, ending the submission period on July 1, 2026. Sixth. - Documents to attach to the application: Proof of the center where the course was taken, indicating: course started and course completed, number of total hours of the course and number of hours taken by the student (minimum 80 percent attendance), start and end dates of the course and total cost of the course. Exceptionally, and subject to evaluation by the Plenary Session, an attendance percentage of less than 80 percent may be admitted in the event of a health alarm. Proof of effective payment of the cost of the study carried out. Entity and IBAN of the account into which you want the deposit to be made, indicating the owner if it is different from the beneficiary of the subsidy. Electronically signed document
