EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO CARRY OUT THE TECHNICAL INSPECTION OF BUILDINGS (I.T.E.) Mayor's Resolution 32/2026 dated February 12, 2026 approving the call for subsidies to carry out the Technical Inspection of Buildings (I.T.E.) 2026, through the competitive bidding procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. - Beneficiaries. Individuals or Communities, owners or usufructuaries of buildings intended for residential use that are more than fifty years old, or that are considered to have some type of cataloging or protection and who, having carried out the Technical Building Inspection, formalize the corresponding request, may be beneficiaries of the subsidy provided for in these bases. Requirements of applicants: In the case of natural persons: they must be registered in the municipality of Arratzua-Ubarrundia, within the period between January 1 of the year preceding the one to which the call refers and maintain it until its resolution. In the case of legal entities: have their tax domicile in the municipality within the period between January 1 of the year preceding the one to which the call refers and maintain it until its resolution. Third. - Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies for carrying out the Technical Inspection of Buildings (I.T.E.) were modified in a Plenary Session dated October 26, 2020 and published in BOTHA No. 2/2021 of January 8. Room. - Eligible expenses. Expenses derived from carrying out the ITE will be eligible, which must comply with the requirements established in the regulations applicable at the time of the call, which have been carried out between November 14, 2025 and November 14, 2026, for which a subsidy has not previously been requested.
