EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR GRANTS FOR THE CARRYING OUT OF ACTIVITIES TO RECOVER POPULAR TRADITIONS. Mayor's Resolution 121/2025 dated May 2, 2025, which calls for subsidies to carry out activities to recover popular traditions for the year 2025, through the competitive competition procedure. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. Beneficiaries. The associations and councils of the municipality that carry out any of the activities object of this subsidy will be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to regulate the granting of subsidies that help the associations and councils of the municipality, so that they organize various activities for the recovery of popular traditions that are falling into oblivion, such as, for example: “Santa Águeda”, “Jueves de Lardero”, “Living Nativity Scene”, “Olentzero and Mari Domingi”, “Erre Pui Erre” and “Cabalgata de Reyes”. The following expenses may be subsidized: Santa Águeda, Lardero Thursday and Erre Pui Erre: ingredients to offer attendees chocolate, broth and chestnuts. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies were modified in a Plenary Session on February 26, 2025 and published in BOTHA No. 42/2025 of April 11. Room. Amount of aid. Subsidies of up to 90 percent of the planned expense may be granted, with the following limitations: Santa Águeda, Thursday of Lardero, Erre pui erre: 50.00 euros. The following documentation will be attached to the subscription application, which will be made in the form approved by the city council (Annex II): Report of the activity carried out signed by the responsible person. It must detail the activity, the subsidy awarded, the date of execution and the number of participants and beneficiaries of the activity, if these were different. Resolution of other subsidies obtained. Photographs or recordings of the activity carried out. Report signed by the person responsible for the expenses and income incurred in the activity. Original invoices issued in the name of the beneficiary, for the expenses incurred corresponding to an amount equal to or greater than the subsidy granted and which clearly state the concept for which it is issued, as well as the corresponding VAT and proof of payment thereof.
