EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES FOR CONTRACTING VEHICLES WITH DRIVER, PUBLIC SERVICE OR PRIVATE COMPANY, TO USE VARIOUS SERVICES IN THE TOWNS OF DURANA AND VITORIA-GASTEIZ. Mayor's Resolution 37/2026 dated February 12, 2026, which calls for subsidies for the hiring of vehicles with drivers, public service or private company, to attend various services in the towns of Durana and Vitoria-Gasteiz. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (www.infosubvenciones.es). First. Beneficiaries. Beneficiaries will be people who lack a vehicle or are temporarily unable to drive, and have a bus line that coincides with the appointment times for the services listed in article 2, both for the outward and return journeys. They must be registered in the municipality, with a minimum of one year's experience, be up to date with the payment of tax obligations with the Arratzua-Ubarrundia City Council until the final resolution of the subsidy, considering for these purposes any debt derived from public law income, unless they are debts or sanctions that are deferred, divided or whose execution has been suspended. This obligation extends to persons who exercise guardianship in the case of minors or legally incapacitated persons. Both obligations will be maintained until the requests are resolved. Second. Purpose The expense arising from the hiring of a vehicle with a driver (public service or private company) during consultation hours at the Durana health center, Arratzua-Ubarrundia and Osakidetza City Council and the Foral Institute of Social Welfare in Vitoria-Gasteiz will be considered eligible. Furthermore, to carry out medical-health procedures or administrative procedures of all kinds, they have to travel to Vitoria-Gasteiz. A maximum of 4 trips/journeys will be subsidized per person per month. The origin or destination of the trip/journey must be between one of the towns of the municipality and the towns of Durana or Vitoria-Gasteiz. If the vehicle is shared by several people, only the cost of one of them will be eligible. Third. Regulatory bases The modification of the regulatory bases for the granting of these subsidies was approved in a Plenary Session on February 26, 2025 and published in BOTHA No. 42/2025 of April 11, 2025. Fourth. Amount of aid. The subsidies will amount to 60 percent of the expenditure incurred. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Each applicant must submit a monthly application with a list of trips/journeys made therein. Sixth. Documents to attach to the request: Invoice or receipt similar to an invoice, from the company stating the day, time and origin and destination of the journey made. Proof of attendance at the appointment. Entity and IBAN of the account into which you want the deposit to be made, indicating the owner if it is different from the beneficiary of the subsidy.
