Beneficiaries City councils or local entities of the Girona district, entities and individuals. Second. Object and purpose The object of the subsidies is to promote the restoration and conservation of properties of heritage interest in the Girona district, throughout the year 2026. Third. Regulatory bases Specific regulatory bases for subsidies for the restoration and conservation of real estate of heritage interest of the Girona regions of the Culture, New Technologies and Esports Area of the Diputació de Girona for the year 2026, approved by the Plenary of the Diputació in the session of September 16, 2025, and definitively published in BOPG no. 233, of November 21, 2025. Fourth. Amount The amount allocated to this call is €1,390,000.00. The minimum subsidy will be €10,000.00 and the maximum will be €40,000.00. These grants will be awarded through competitive competition and through the competition system. Fifth. Deadline for submission of applications Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOPG. Sixth. Deadline to justify subsidies The deadline to justify will end on November 30, 2026. The supporting documentation for subsidies is regulated in point 11 of the regulatory bases. Seventh. Resource regime The resolution of the call puts an end to the administrative route. A contentious-administrative appeal is possible against this resolution before the contentious-administrative court of Girona, within a period of 2 months from the day following its notification. Alternatively, and optionally, an appeal for reconsideration is possible before the Governing Board of the Provincial Council of Girona, within a period of 1 month, starting from the day following its notification.
