First. – Purpose. Subsidies are called to finance the salary costs of workers with disabilities in special employment centers for the year 2026. Second. – Beneficiaries. Special employment centers can access these subsidies, which are registered in the Registry of special employment centers of the community of Castilla y León, carry out their activity there, and meet the requirement of the minimum percentage of workers with disabilities established in article 43.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29. Third. – Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at financing the salary costs of workers with disabilities in special employment centers were approved by Order IEM 1171/2023, of September 28. Room. – Amount.
