First. – Purpose. Subsidies are called to finance the salary costs of workers with disabilities in special employment centers for the year 2026. Second. – Beneficiaries. Special employment centers can access these subsidies, which are registered in the Registry of special employment centers of the community of Castilla y León, carry out their activity there, and meet the requirement of the minimum percentage of workers with disabilities established in article 43.2 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2013, of November 29. Third. – Regulatory bases. The regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies aimed at financing the salary costs of workers with disabilities in special employment centers were approved by Order IEM 1171/2023, of September 28. Room. – Amount. The amount of the subsidy for salary costs will be graduated taking into account the type and degree of disability of the recipients of this program, as well as the stability of the jobs they occupy, in the following terms: a) In the case of workers with physical or sensory disabilities with a recognized degree equal to or greater than 33 percent and less than 65 percent, the amount of the subsidy for each worker will be equivalent to 50 percent of the current interprofessional minimum wage. when you have a permanent contract, and 40 percent when you have a temporary contract. b) In the case of disabled workers who have greater difficulties in accessing the labor market, as provided for in the seventh section of the call order, the amount of the subsidy for each worker will be equivalent to 55 percent of the current interprofessional minimum wage (60 percent if they are a woman or over 45 years of age) when they have a permanent contract, and 50 percent, in all cases, when they have a temporary contract.
