1. Purpose of the subsidy. The bases define the conditions and requirements that must be met by the person who wants to undertake any commercial activity in empty premises or continue with the development of transferred activities. That is, regulate the procedure for granting a subsidy for purchasing/renting or transferring premises. 2. Requirements to apply for the subsidy 1.- SUBSIDIES TO RENT THE PREMISES Conditions: a) Location of the premises and activities that can be installed. The business must be located in the municipality of Beasain. The activities likely to be installed will be related to: retail trade and service activities. b) Obligations to comply. Entrepreneurs who want to continue with this business will have to be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations. c) Amount and duration of the subsidy In the case of renting the establishment, the person who is going to carry out the activity will subsidize a maximum of the rental expenses for the first three years, subject to the existence of adequate and sufficient credit. The first year of making the request, 50% of the rental cost, €300 per month maximum. The second and third year of making the request, 40% of the rental cost, €200 per month maximum. To do this, before December 15 of each financial year, they must present the invoices corresponding to that annuity. The subsidy will be 4% of the cadastral value of the property, with a maximum amount of €2,000. 3. Amount of the subsidy To finance the aid covered by this call, the City Council has planned a credit of 30,000 euros, in the budget item created for this purpose: 1.0243.481.431.50.01. In addition to the maximum total amount, in view of the applications submitted, an additional amount may be approved, prior to approval of the appropriate budget modification, at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidy. 4. Deadline and place for submitting applications - Deadline: The bases will be sent to the BDNS and the deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day following the day of publication in the BOG, which will end on 11-30-2026.
