Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): 890776 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the order is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Object: Regarding the object and purpose of the aid, the 2026 call is intended for the lines of action provided for in its first provision, among which the total amount of the call is distributed as follows: 80,000 euros for line c), organization and comprehensive archival treatment (identification, classification, description and installation) of disorganized documentary collections. Likewise, the allocation of the remaining budget credit between the called lines is regulated in provision 1.2 of the aforementioned call, which provides that in the event of a surplus remaining in any of the aforementioned lines of action, said amount will increase the amount allocated to any of the others in accordance with the decision adopted by the Evaluation Commission, in accordance with the provisions of article 1.4 of the regulatory bases of this aid. The order of allocation of the remainder chosen by the Evaluation Commission is as follows: - If there is a remainder in line a), it will go first to line b). - If there is a remainder in line c), it will go to line b). - If there is a remainder in line d), it will go to line b). - If there is a remainder in line e), it will go to line b). The Evaluation Commission for this aid for 2026 met on the following dates: 05/13/2026, to evaluate lines a) b) c) d) and e). Given that the archive facility equipment line has available credit of €56,000 and this does not cover the amount necessary to subsidize the local entities that have requested it, it is proposed to increase it with €52,438.19 from the surplus credit in the lines of Archival deposit adaptation (€7,902.21), Comprehensive archival organization and treatment (€4,173.15), Restoration of documents in poor condition of conservation (€38,931.96) and Digitization and/or Microfilming of historical documentary collections (€1,430.87), becoming available to €108,438.19, as established in the first provision, point 2, in relation to the order of allocation of the remainder in any of the lines. The 16 admitted local entities have reached the minimum score and there is sufficient credit to grant them the subsidy, leaving a remainder of 15,146.90 euros. Second. Amount: For line c), the object will be the organization and comprehensive archival treatment (identification, classification, description and installation) of disorganized documentary collections, with a credit of 75,826.85 euros. Third. Statement of available budget credit. Declare the amount of FIFTY-TWO THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED THIRTY-EIGHT THOUSAND EUROS AND NINETEEN CENTS (€52,438.19) as budgetary credit available to meet the economic obligations derived from line b) of the call for aid in the field of archives corresponding to 2026. The expense will be incurred under item 76309 of the program 332A of the Expenditure Budget of the Community of Madrid for the year 2026. Fourth. Resource regime. This Order puts an end to the administrative route and an appeal for reconsideration may be filed against it within a period of one month before the same body that issued it, or, directly, a contentious-administrative appeal within a period of two months before the Superior Court of Justice of Madrid, both periods counting from the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. All this without prejudice to any other appeal that may be deemed appropriate to file. Fifth. Effects of the Order. This Order will take effect the day following its publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID.
