Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of art. 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/ge/es/convocatorias) FIRST: BENEFICIARIES They will be considered beneficiaries associations or entities with legal personality and legally constituted, that develop the activity subject to subsidy within the field of culture, registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Fuenlabrada, being a requirement that said registration remains duly updated. Those associations or entities that are involved in a refund procedure or that have pending approval of the justification of a subsidy previously granted by this City Council and/or its autonomous organizations for the same purpose and/or that have not presented the justification of any other subsidy received from the City Council and/or its autonomous organizations after the deadline for this has elapsed. SECOND. Object. Subsidies are called on a competitive basis for associations and citizen entities assigned to the Department of Culture, which develop projects and/or activities of a complementary nature to those provided by said Department. Eligible expenses are described in art. 9 of the Call. Inventory material expenses will not be subsidized. The execution period of the projects and/or activities to be subsidized is the year 2026. THIRD. Regulatory Bases. The Subsidies Regulatory Ordinance of the Fuenlabrada City Council is published in the BOCM of March 11, 2005, as well as on the municipal website. FOURTH: Amount. The amount allocated to this aid amounts to €93,085.89 charged to budget application 2026-4059-330-48000. FIFTH. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications and required documentation will be 15 business days counted from the day following the date of publication of the announcement of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Said application and documents may be submitted preferably through the electronic headquarters of the Fuenlabrada City Council, in the Registry of the Cultural Board, in the General Entry Registry of the Fuenlabrada City Council or in any of its Auxiliary Registries and in the registries and offices related to article 16.4 of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. SIXTH: PAYMENT. When the definitive granting of the subsidies is approved before November 1, 2026, a single advance payment of 100% of the amount will be established, prior to justification. In the event that the definitive granting of the subsidies is approved between November 1 and December 31, 2026, the effective payment will be made after justification of the total amount awarded. For justification, the maximum submission date is established as January 31, 2027, through the documentation required in the Call (art 14). What is published for your information and other purposes, letting you know that this act exhausts the administrative route and against it you may file a contentious-administrative appeal before one of the jurisdictional bodies provided for in articles 8 and 10 of Law 29/1998, of July 13, regulating the contentious-administrative jurisdiction, within a period of two months counting from the day following the day of this notification. Without prejudice to the foregoing, you may, optionally, file an appeal for reconsideration before the same body that issued the act within a period of one month from the day following the day of this notification, in accordance with the provisions of articles 123 and 124 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Likewise, you may use any other resource provided for in the Law that interests you. The filing of the aforementioned resources does not, by itself, suspend the execution of the administrative act.
