First. Beneficiaries: Communities of owners located in the municipality of Picanya and even single-family homes solely and exclusively for the installation of stairlifts or elevators may be beneficiaries of the aid from this call. The buildings that benefit from this aid program will meet the following requirements: a. These are buildings of collective residential typology, therefore excluding single-family homes, which are located in the municipality of Picanya, EXCEPT for the installation of stairlifts or elevators, which can also accommodate single-family homes. b. Be completed before 1997, EXCEPT in the case of installation of stairlifts or elevators. c. That at least 70% of its constructed surface above ground has residential use for housing. d. That at least 70% of the homes constitute the habitual residence of their owners or users. Second. Object. The purpose of the call is to articulate aid for the elimination of architectural barriers in buildings in the town of Picanya. Third. Regulatory bases. General Subsidy Ordinance (can be consulted on the city council's electronic headquarters) and what is provided for in the call itself. Room. Amount. The maximum amount of subsidies will be 40,000 euros. The amount of aid will be 20% of the eligible cost of the action, with the limit established below for each action: a. Installation of the elevator, with a maximum limit of €9,000. b. Installation of stairlifts or elevators €3,000. c. Lowering the elevator to ground level €3,000. d. Installation of elevator with damage to structural elements, €25,000.
