EXTRACT FROM THE AGREEMENT OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD OF HE. CITY COUNCIL OF CIUDAD REAL DATE MARCH 9, 2026, WHICH CALL SUBSIDIES FOR ACTIVITY PROJECTS OF NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS IN 2026. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call whose full text can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Beneficiaries. Neighborhood Associations of the municipality of Ciudad Real, which are legally constituted, and registered as such, with their updated data, in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Ciudad Real City Council, may be beneficiaries. Second. Object. This call is directed to Neighborhood Associations of Ciudad Real, which are registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the City Council of Ciudad Real, for the development of activities of social interest that promote the relationship between neighbors; the cohesion of the city, its neighborhoods and districts; popular customs and traditions; as well as the promotion of culture, civility, the environment and citizen participation. These subsidies also aim to support the maintenance and operating expenses generated by the activity carried out by the entities throughout the current year. Third. Regulatory bases. The Regulatory Text of the General Bases for the Granting of Subsidies of the City Council of Ciudad Real were approved by the City Council in an Extraordinary Session on January 20, 2025 and published the BOP of Ciudad Real No. 63 of April 1, 2025. The financial allocation for this call for subsidies will be twenty-five thousand euros (€25,000.00) charged to budget item No. 10 9240 48927, “SUBSIDIES FOR NEIGHBORHOODS AND NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATIONS”, of the Budget for the 2026 financial year of this City Council. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP of Ciudad Real, through the BDNS (National Subsidies Database), based on the provisions of art. 17.3b of the General Subsidies Law. Sixth. Other data. Applications and documentation will be presented at the electronic headquarters of the Ciudad Real City Council https://www.ciudadreal.es/sede-electronica/210-sede-electronica/16281-subvenciones.html with access through Digital Certificate or Electronic DNI, without prejudice to their presentation in any of the forms of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. In addition, the entity must attach the documentation detailed in the eighth base of the call. The subsidy will be made effective in two payments: 75% after the resolution of the call and upon presentation of the certificates of being up to date with their social security obligations, as well as state and local treasury. The remaining 25%, after the beneficiary entity has proceeded to justify the subsidy granted in the terms indicated in the Regulatory Bases and in this Call. Hon.
