Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Youth associations and the youth sections of legally constituted associations, which have their functional autonomy recognized, provided that they have the necessary structure and means to carry out the projects or programs object of the call, and that they meet, among others, the following requirements: Be registered in the Municipal registry of Youth Associations of Badajoz, with a date prior to the start of the application submission period. Have included in its statutes among its institutional purposes and activities, the carrying out of youth activities. Second. Object. The subsidies granted will have the purpose of financing specific actions, programs or projects proposed by the applicant and accepted by the City Council, aimed at the young population of Badajoz, leaving the choice of the area of action in Badajoz and districts, which may be related to: The promotion of employment. Health education. Training in new technologies. The artistic-cultural promotion of young people. Youth participation, promotion of volunteering and education in values. New forms of occupation of free time. Actions that promote gender equality among young people, and the fight against gender violence among the young population. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance on Subsidies of the Badajoz City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz, dated February 2, 2009: http://www.dip-badajoz.es/bop/ventana_anuncio.php?id_anuncio=33251&FechaSolicitada=2009-02-02 Fourth. Amount. This call for grants has a maximum total amount of €18,000, and for each project for which funding is requested, up to a maximum of €1,800 may be awarded. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Fifteen calendar days, counting, from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Badajoz. Sixth. Other data. The applications will conform to the model that will be provided by the Youth Department of the Badajoz City Council and will be available during the submission period on the website https://juventudbadajoz.es. In accordance with Laws 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and 40/2015, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, all applications will be submitted through the electronic headquarters of the Badajoz City Council https://sede.aytobadajoz.es, and must be accompanied, among others, by the project to be executed and the budget. The subsidized projects must be carried out between March 1 and October 1, 2026. The maximum deadline to present the justification will be October 31, 2026. This deadline may not be extended in any case.
