FIRST.- Beneficiaries: People who are registered and legally reside in Badajoz and meet the requirements established in the Fifth section of Decree 11/2021, of March 17, of the Ministry of Health and Social Services of the Government of Extremadura. SECOND.- Object: The direct granting by the IMSS of Financial Aid for minimum vital supplies (electric energy, natural gas, propane gas, drinking water, discharge and reconnection in case of interruption due to non-payment, and butane gas), charged to the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program for minimum vital supplies of the Ministry of Health and Social Services of the Government of Extremadura, regulated by the Decree 11/2021, of March 17, and by Agreement of the Governing Council of the Government of Extremadura, of April 14, and published by Resolution of the Minister of Health and Social Services of the Government of Extremadura, in the Official Gazette of Extremadura on April 24, 2026. THIRD.- Regulatory bases: The aid called will be governed by the provisions of this call, by the Decree 11/2021, of March 17, of the Ministry of Health and Social Services of the Government of Extremadura which, together with the Resolution of the Government Council of the Government of Extremadura, which approves the Municipal Economic Collaboration Program for Minimum Vital Supplies for 2026 (DOE of April 24, 2026) and the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City Council of Badajoz (BOP of Badajoz, of February 2, 2009), by application of section 2 of article 3 thereof. FOURTH.- Amount. This call for aid has a maximum total amount of €367,072.60, establishing the following as the maximum limit to be requested by each of the interested persons, as established in point VI of the resolution approving the call for financial aid to guarantee the citizens of the municipality of Badajoz, the right to access to the minimum vital supplies for the year 2026: NUMBER OF MEMBERS AMOUNT OF AID Up to 2 members €950.00 Between 3 and 4 members €1,100.00 5 or more members €1,200.00 FIFTH. Application submission deadline. It will begin from the day following the publication of this extract in the BOP, until October 1, 2026. SIXTH. Other data. The applications will conform to the model that will be provided by the Municipal Institute of Social Services of Badajoz and will be presented, together with the documentation related to point VII, section 1, in the place and manner established in section 2 thereof. The resolution may rule on the granting or not of the aid for the entire set of supplies or only on the concession for the supply of electricity consumption, when the persons requesting the latter have the condition, for social bonus purposes, of being severely vulnerable and do not meet all the requirements to be beneficiaries of the rest of the requested supplies. The applicant will justify, prior to payment, the aid granted, by providing the corresponding invoices, which must not have been paid previously, except for those for butane gas or those already paid and issued in the last quarter of the previous year, October 2025, or those issued in the current year, the payment of which must be reliably accredited. Once a favorable resolution is issued, the payment of aid for minimum vital supplies will be made directly to the entity, public or private, that supplies electricity, natural gas, propane gas and/or drinking water. In the case of unpaid invoices, they can be paid regardless of the date of issue of the invoice and the billing period to which they refer. In the case of invoices already paid, only invoices issued in the last quarter of the previous year, October 2025, and those issued in the current year are considered eligible for financing under this call for aid, and payment must be reliably proven. Depending on the amount of the invoice(s) presented with the application, the payment of the aid may be single or in installments, in the latter case periodic payments being made as the beneficiary presents the corresponding invoices, until the total payment of the amount awarded.
