Official description of the call

On February 9, 2026, the Local Government Board, in an ordinary session of the Quart de Poblet City Council, approved the regulatory bases for “Q” AWARDS FOR TRADE AND ENTREPRENEURIAL INITIATIVE, in accordance with the provisions of art. 9.2. of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General Subsidies. Headquarters; https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/tablondeanuncios/anuncio.aspx?id=75476 By agreement of the local government board dated March 9, 2026, the call for the VI edition of “Q” AWARDS FOR LOCAL ENTREPRENEURIAL INITIATIVE 2026 was approved. 1.- PURPOSE OF THE CALL. The object is the call for the VI edition of the "Q" awards for Entrepreneurial Initiative; in the distinctions, youth, innovative and entrepreneurial woman. 2.- REQUISITOS. Category; Entrepreneurial initiative: natural or legal persons who have a business idea capable of being legally established within a maximum period of 6 months or those who have started their activity in the last 24 months prior to the publication of the call with registered office or tax address in Quart de Poblet. ** Rest of requirements consult bases of each modality. 3.- BUDGET CREDIT. The amount allocated to this aid in 2026 amounts to 1,500 euros in the area of economic promotion and employment, the financing of which will be carried out under budget items 241-470.00 of the current Municipal Budget of the area of economic promotion and employment, as stated in the 2026 Strategic Subsidy Plan of the Quart de Poblet City Council. 4.- INSTRUCTOR BODY. The instructing body of this call is the Department of Economic Promotion and Employment of the Quart de Poblet City Council. 5.- AMOUNT OF AID AND BAREMATION CRITERIA. “Q” “To the Youth Entrepreneurial Initiative: 500 euros “Q” “To the Most Innovative Entrepreneurial Initiative”: 500 euros “Q” “To the Women Entrepreneurial Initiative”: 500 euros The grading criteria and evaluation criteria for each of the distinctions will be governed by the procedure included in each of the calls and the regulatory bases. 6.- PLACE AND PERIOD OF SUBMISSION. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of the call in the BOP until July 31, 2026, and will also be made public on the municipal electronic headquarters. Applications will conform to the standardized model and may be submitted, along with the documentation required in the Regulatory Bases and call, through the Registry of the Electronic Headquarters of the Quart de Poblet City Council; https://quartdepoblet.sedipualba.es/carpetaciudadana/tramite.aspx?idtramite=17618 Exceptionally, they may be presented, by appointment, at the Citizen Service Office, as well as in any of the ways admitted by the Common Administrative Procedure of the public Administrations.
