Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Holders of current administrative transport authorizations, documented on VT-N series cards, with a taxi license from the municipality of Ciudad Real that is not adapted, or adapted and have not received, for the vehicle being adapted, subsidies or aid from the Ciudad Real City Council or its Autonomous Bodies and have not had a firm administrative sanction for violation of municipal or traffic regulations, may be beneficiaries. Second. Purpose The purpose of the call is to grant subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the adaptation of taxi vehicles to transport people with reduced mobility, provided that they are new or used vehicles that are not older than 2 years. Third. Regulatory bases The Regulatory Text of the general regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies by the Ciudad Real City Council and its Autonomous Bodies were approved in the plenary session on January 20, 2025 and published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real number 63 dated April 1, 2025. Fourth. Amount The subsidies of this call will be financed from budget application 231.48903 of the State of Expenses of the extended budget for the 2025 financial year of the Municipal Board of Persons with Disabilities, with a total budget for this call of 6,000 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Ciudad Real. Sixth. Other data. Applications will be submitted together with the documentation indicated in base 6 of the call. The single payment of the subsidy awarded will be made once the action has been completed and upon presentation, by the beneficiary, of the supporting documentation.
