Official description of the call
1.- Object: The purpose of the call is the granting, through competitive competition, of subsidies for cultural activities or programs to be developed within the territorial scope of the municipality of Paterna between December 1, 2025 and November 30, 2026. a.- Eligible projects: exhibitions, concerts, performing arts (theater, dance, music,...), recovery of popular culture and, in general, all those projects that complete the cultural programming of the municipality. b.- Eligible expenses: the following will be eligible expenses whenever they are necessary for the development of the activity: - Setting up shows and cultural events. - Material expenses for carrying out the activities. - Expense of technical personnel. - Advertising expenses. - Maintenance of headquarters, advice, telephone and internet. c.- Non-eligible expenses: Interest owed on bank accounts, interest, surcharges and administrative and criminal sanctions. 2.- Requirements to obtain the status of subsidy beneficiary: Entities and associations that meet the following conditions, including those provided for in the Municipal Ordinance, may apply for subsidies: a) Domiciled in the town and whose activity is destined for the municipality of Paterna. b) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of associations and appear therein that the activities they carry out are linked to the subsidy line. c) They must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, as well as not have debts with the City Council. d) Not have to justify any other subsidy granted by the City Council. e) Hold the status of beneficiary of public subsidies in accordance with the provisions of article 13 of Law 38/2003, General of Subsidies. f) Have at least five members registered in the town of Paterna. 3.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia, and must be carried out by the means recognized in Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. Associations must process applications in accordance with the official forms established for the purposes, duly completed, and within the established deadlines, as well as provide the documentation required for this purpose.
