BDNS (Identif.): 893768 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First. Beneficiaries: Private non-profit entities that meet, in addition to the general requirements demanded in the call, the specific requirements of the corresponding line of action. The requirements must be maintained until the date of justification of the aid. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call is to carry out actions related to archives. The specific line of action of this extract is the organization and comprehensive archival treatment of disorganized documentary collections: (line c). Private non-profit entities that meet the following requirements in relation to the different lines of action may apply for a subsidy: 1st. Private Entities will not have archival technical personnel. 2nd. The proposed documentary collections must be disorganized or without adequate archival treatment, so that access and consultation by the Entity or users are difficult. 3rd. Private entities interested in this line of action must have an adequate space, under the criteria of the technical staff of the General Subdirectorate responsible for Archives, Document Management and Documentary Heritage, in which to permanently locate the documents, once the work of organizing the documentary collection has been completed. Third. Applications and documentation In accordance with the sixth provision "Applications and documentation" of the call order, the applicant must comply, among others, with the following obligations: a) Provision of a responsible declaration signed by the person in charge of the Secretariat of the governing body of the private entity or person authorized to do so that certifies that the private entity is not subject to any of the causes of prohibition to obtain subsidies provided for in article 13 of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. b) That the requesting entity is up to date with its tax and Social Security obligations. 1st. In the case of the Certification of the State Tax Administration Agency, in accordance with article 95 of Law 58/2003, of December 17, General Tax, this consent must be express so that the Certificate can be obtained ex officio by the instructing body. Otherwise, it must be presented by the applicant. 2nd. In the case of the Certification of the General Treasury of Social Security, this will be obtained ex officio by the instructing body, unless the procedure states the express opposition of the applicant, in which case it must be presented by this Chamber. Regulatory bases: Order 179/2024, of January 30, of the Minister of Culture, Tourism and Sports. Fifth. Amount: €37,000 The amount to be requested may not exceed €18,000, with requests made for a higher amount being excluded. Sixth. Deadline for submitting applications: 1. Fourteen business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. The full text of the call will be published in the National Subsidy Advertising System. 2. The requests will be formulated in the model included in this call ("Request for help to private non-profit entities in matters of archives"), corresponding to the line of action in question, which is mandatory and is available to interested parties at the Electronic Headquarters of the Community of Madrid (headquarters.unidad.madrid). 3. Applications and the appropriate documentation must be submitted to the General Electronic Registry of the Community of Madrid through the access enabled for this purpose on the Internet portal of the Community of Madrid (www.comunidad.madrid) to the Electronic Headquarters of the Community of Madrid (sede.comunidad.madrid).
