First. Object, conditions and purpose. Within the framework of the powers established by Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the Bases of Local Regime, in its wording given by the Law of Rationalization and Sustainability of Local Administration (Law 27/2013, of December 27), the Torrent City Council, is committed to promoting citizen participation in recreational activities promoted by the municipal associative fabric by providing economic subsidies to complement the activities. inherent to the founding purposes of the entities that comprise it. Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities legally constituted and registered in the municipal registry of associations that carry out the activities that support their granting may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that they are not affected by any of the prohibitions contained in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, and that meet the following requirements: - Promote the conservation and dissemination of the recreational and festive traditions of the municipality. - Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Torrent City Council and have their data updated in the aforementioned registry, in accordance with the provisions of article 18 of the Citizen Participation Regulations of the Torrent City Council. - That the activities or services that must be subsidized complement or replace municipal competence in these matters. - Be up to date with your tax and social security obligations. Have no outstanding debt with the Torrent City Council. - Have correctly justified the subsidies granted in previous years by the Torrent City Council. The concurrence of these requirements will be accredited at the time of submitting the application.
