ANNEXExtract of agreement No. 16 dated 03/13/2026 of the Local Government Board of the Sagunto City Council, which calls for subsidies for the promotion and participation of trade fairs aimed at the revitalization of local commerce in Sagunto 2026.BDNS: (896646): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): Electronic Headquarters_ subsidies section_ of the Sagunt City Council https://sede.sagunto.es/es-es/Paginas/subvenciones.aspxPrimero. Beneficiaries: Professional associative entities with a non-profit commercial character, constituted by businessmen in the commercial sector with a fixed establishment that carry out their activities in the municipality of Sagunto.Segundo. Purpose: Promote and collaborate with the financing of all those promoted by the Merchants' Associations of the Municipality of Sagunto and that consist of carrying out events or activities that have as their objective the promotion and dynamization of local commerce and, consequently, the reduction of spending leakage to other locations or other forms of commercial distribution. Third. Regulatory bases: Ordinance approved on 05/31/2016, by the Plenary City Council, published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia dated 12/12/2016, no. 197.Fourth. Amount: The amount will be €8,000.00Line 2: €8,000.00 To calculate the amount of the subsidies, a comparison of the projects presented will be carried out in order to establish a priority between them, in accordance with the assessment criteria established in the Bases. This amount will in no case exceed 90% of the cost of the project nor will it be less than 20% of the same. The budget presented by the beneficiary entity will serve as the basis for the initial determination of the amount to be subsidized. Projects whose resulting amount is less than €1,500.00 will not be subsidized. Likewise, the limit of the maximum subsidy amount may not exceed €8,000.00 for each project presented. Fifth. Application submission deadline: Twenty business days from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia (BOPV).
