Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published. Purpose and scope of the call The purpose of this resolution is to call in the year 2026, under a competitive competition regime, the aid program to support actions developed by managing entities of industrial areas of the Valencian Community, which promote the modernization and improvement of the management of these infrastructures. Second. Financing For the year 2026, the aid called will be financed from line S1461 of budget subprogram 722A00, chapter VII, up to a maximum global amount of 434,000.00 euros, from the Generalitat's own funds. Third. Beneficiary entities They may be beneficiaries of this aid, depending on the type of action: a) Groups of urban interest, as well as other entities with their own and differentiated legal personality, that group people who own properties on industrial land, and that certify that in 2026 they manage industrial areas of the Valencian Community, may only be beneficiaries of the actions consisting of the constitution of EGMS, emergency actions and actions to promote industrial safety (letters A, F and G of the third resolution). b) Urban conservation entities may be beneficiaries of all eligible actions. c) The management and modernization entities of industrial areas already established and registered on the date of this call, according to Law 14/2018 of June 5, may be beneficiaries of all eligible actions, except for the constitution of EGMs Cuarto. Regulatory bases ORDER 1/2024, of January 30, of the Department of Innovation, Industry, Commerce and Tourism, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of aid to promote the reindustrialization of the economy of the Valencian Community (DOGV no. 9781 of 05.02.2024), regulates in chapter IV of title II, subsidies to support non-economic activities developed by managing entities of industrial areas. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be from April 15, 2026 at 09:00:00 a.m. until May 8, 2026, both days included. Only applications that have been recorded in the electronic registry of the Generalitat until 11:59:59 p.m. (official Spanish peninsular time) on the last day of the application submission period will be admitted.
