Beneficiaries The following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: a) Municipalities, associations, groups of municipalities and other local entities of the Community of Madrid. b) Public bodies or entities with their own legal personality dependent on the previous municipalities that have assumed powers in matters of youth. Second. Object and purpose 1. The object of this call is the granting, charged to the financial year 2026, of subsidies for leisure activities and educational free time aimed at the young population. 2. The granting of these subsidies is intended to promote healthy leisure, promote personal growth, as well as improve relationships between young people through instruments that enhance effort and social and cultural participation in the municipality or local entity where they work. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 1388/2024, of April 23, 2024, of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies to municipalities, other local entities and local public organizations and entities of the Community of Madrid, for the development of projects for young people within the framework of sociocultural animation and non-formal education, published in the B.O.C.M. no. 111 of May 10, 2024, modified by Order 1099/2025, of May 5, of the Ministry of Family, Youth and Social Affairs. Room. Credit. The maximum credit for 2026 allocated to this call amounts to €550,000. The credit set for the line of leisure activities and educational free time is 275,000 euros, without prejudice to its increase in accordance with the provisions of article 23 of the call. The subsidies granted under it will be attributed to subconcept 46309 of Program 232A of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2026. Fifth. Application submission deadline. Ten business days counting from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid.
