CALL Subject: Adapted transportation subsidy 2026 FIRST.- Object The purpose of the call is the granting of financial aid to subsidize part of the expenses incurred by the transportation service to people who have functional diversity and reduced mobility or dependency, and who must travel to centers and/or services, labor and/or occupational: Day center service of temporary or permanent specialized care for people with disabilities. Occupational Therapy Day Center Service (STO) for people with disabilities. Occupational insertion day center service (SOI) for people with disabilities. The expenses incurred by the transportation service and at the same time eligible for subsidies may be the following: Taxi service: monthly cost of the service. SECOND.- Regulatory bases of the subsidy: The Cantallops City Council in a plenary session on July 8, 2025 approved the General Subsidies Ordinance: https://cido.diba.cat/normativa_local/19289978/ordenanca-general-de-subvencions-ajuntament-de-cantallops The procedure for granting subsidies will be competitive competition upon application and delivery of documentation requested by the interested person or his representative and until the budget item provided for this purpose in the municipal budget is exhausted. FOURTH.- Application submission deadline: The call is open until 12/31/2026. FIFTH.- Subsidy justification period: The maximum period to justify the expense incurred will be until January 15, 2027. SIXTH.- Prerequisites Those natural persons, over 18 years of age, who carry out the activity that encourages the granting and who are in the situation that legitimizes its concession may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, that is, those people who: Are registered in the municipality of Cantallops. They have a recognized degree of disability equal to or greater than 33%, and/or have a recognized degree of dependency, or 3rd person scale (the need for the help of another person to carry out the essential acts of daily life). Have been granted a place in a day center and/or specialized care service prescribed by the public network. To obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies, applicants must meet the general requirements and conditions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of subsidies and, in articles 3 and 4 of the General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City of Cantallops.
