1. OBJECT The purpose of this call is to regulate the conditions and procedure to be followed, on a competitive basis, for aid for the payment of the school cafeteria for the 2026-2027 school year, for those families registered in Quart de Poblet with children enrolled in educational centers in the municipality of Quart de Poblet, public and/or subsidized. Given that the nature and purpose of this aid is to guarantee adequate care for children and adolescents in situations of special vulnerability, the exception is established for compliance with the conditions of the beneficiaries, established in article 13.2 of the General Law of Subsidies. 2. REGULATORY BASES This call is governed by the regulatory bases for aid for school meals in the municipality of Quart de Poblet, approved by the Local Government Board of the Quart de Poblet City Council on February 27, 2024.
