Official description of the call
First. Purpose of the subsidy.- Subsidies for the development of other vocational training training programs linked to the National Catalog of Professional Qualifications, aimed at groups with specific needs, of those referred to in article 73 of Organic Law 3/2022, of March 31, on the organization and integration of Vocational Training. Second. Beneficiaries.- Trade union organizations and private non-profit entities, in accordance with the provisions of article 2 of Law 49/2002, of December 23, on the tax regime for non-profit entities and tax incentives for patronage. These entities must have scope of action in the cities of Ceuta and Melilla. Third. Regulatory bases.- Order ECI/1305/2005, of April 20, BOE of May 12, on regulatory bases for the granting of public subsidies under a competitive competition regime. Room. Amount.- Maximum amount 1,300,000.00 euros. The maximum number of specific training programs that can be implemented in each autonomous city will not exceed the financial amount of 650,000.00 euros. Specific training programs that are implemented for the first time will receive 65,000.00 euros. Programs that maintain the structure and content of previous calls and introduce new professional modules of the basic level vocational training title or a level 1 professional certificate, associated with new units of competence, based on the program presented in previous calls, will receive 52,000.00 euros. Programs that maintain the structure and content of previous calls or introduce into the offer specific modules not previously included and associated with the acquisition of Communicative Competence in the Spanish, mathematical or digital language, will receive 39,000.00 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications.- Fifteen calendar days, beginning at 0:00 a.m. on the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official State Gazette, and ending at 11:59 p.m. on the last day of the deadline. Sixth. Other information.- These aids are exempt from the constitution of the general guarantee regime in accordance with the provisions of article 42.2.d) of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies.
