BDNS(Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatorias. It is available at the web address https://serviciossociales.gva.es/ca/web/igualtat-i-institut-de-les-dones/ First. Beneficiary Entities 1. Local entities lower than the province of the Valencian Community may access the status of beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this resolution. 2. To participate in the corresponding calls, local entities must prove that they have an equality plan in accordance with the provisions of the seventh additional provision, section 2 of Royal Legislative Decree 5/2015, of October 30, which approves the consolidated text of the Law on the Basic Statute of Public Employees. 3. Local entities that fall into any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, will not be able to obtain the status of beneficiaries. Second. Object 1. Two types of project modality will be subject to subsidy: Modality A and Modality B. The local entity will only be eligible for a single project modality. 2. The modalities of the projects are the following: a) Modality A: Local governance and transversality. Development of local governance and transversality projects that promote the integration of the gender perspective in the design, planning, execution and evaluation of the municipality's general and specific public policies. This modality includes projects framed in the following areas: a.1) Design of municipal public policies. Included in this area are projects whose purpose is to integrate the gender perspective in the design phase of municipal public policies. Its content must consist of one of the following actions: - Preparation of gender impact reports on municipal plans, such as those related to childhood, adolescence, technological transformation, emergencies, employment, among others. - Preparation of diagnoses on the situation of women and men in the municipality, in order to identify inequalities and specific needs. - Development and adoption of gender indicators to define the objectives and priorities of municipal policies or the modification of the municipal statistical system so that it collects, processes and publishes municipal statistics disaggregated by sex. a.2) Planning of municipal public policies. Included in this area are projects whose purpose is to integrate the gender perspective in the planning phase of municipal public policies. Its content must include some of the following actions: - Preparation of a diagnosis on the situation of gender mainstreaming in the government and municipal administration. - Preparation of a plan to integrate gender mainstreaming in government and municipal administration. - Integration of the gender perspective in the preparation of municipal budgets. a.3) Execution of municipal public policies. Included in this area are projects whose purpose is to integrate the gender perspective in the execution phase of municipal public policies. Its content must include some of the following actions: - Updating the resources available for monitoring and controlling the execution of municipal equality policies. - Systematic incorporation of equality clauses in municipal public contracting processes. - Creation of interdepartmental coordination commissions on equality within the municipal level. - Transfer of good practices in equality policies between municipalities or regions. a.4) Evaluation of municipal public policies. Included in this area are projects whose purpose is to integrate the gender perspective in the evaluation phase of municipal public policies. Its content must include some of the following actions: - Formulation and adoption of gender indicators to evaluate the results and impact of municipal policies. - Adoption of control tools
