First.- BeneficiariesThe affected natural persons residing in the municipality of Albal and who have suffered damage to their habitual residence, furniture, household goods, appliances, caused by the floods that occurred on October 29, 2024, who meet the requirements established in the call and in Law 28/2003, general of Subsidies, will be considered beneficiaries. Second.- Purpose and object of the aid.This call is intended to purpose of regulating the procedure and requirements for the direct granting of the remainder of the state financial aid to individuals residing in the municipality of Albal and who have suffered damage to their habitual residence, furniture, belongings, appliances, caused by the floods that occurred on October 29, 2024, as a result of the rain and wind storm produced by the DANA, in the amount of €528,510.74.Third.- Regulatory basesIn a plenary session of On March 30, 2026, SPECIFIC BASIS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR DIRECT GRANTING OF THE REMAINDER OF STATE ECONOMIC AID (ROYAL DECREE-LAW 7/2024, OF NOVEMBER 11) FOR NATURAL PERSONS BENEFICIARY FOR DAMAGES TO THE USUAL HOUSING CAUSED BY THE DANA.https://albal.es/content-albal/uploads/2026/04/CONVOCATORIA-DLILIGENCIADA-REMANENTE-MINISTERIO-SEFYCU-7988089.pdfQuarto.
