EXTRACT FROM THE CALL FOR GRANTS FOR THE PROMOTION OF FEDERATED SPORTS, YEAR 2026, CORRESPONDING TO THE 2024/25 SEASON OR YEAR 2025. Extract according to the Resolution of the President of the Public Foundation of Municipal Services of the Hon. Vilagarcía de Arousa City Council dated 04/10/2026 by which the Subsidies for the Promotion of Federated Sports are called, fiscal year 2026, corresponding to the 22024/25 season or year 2025, through the competitive competition procedure. FIRST. Object and purpose The objective of this call is to finance, in part, the current expenses strictly and directly derived from the performance of federated sports activities of the Local Sports Clubs/Entities of a federated, non-commercial, non-professional, and consequently non-profit nature, so that they can achieve their objectives, within the federated sports competitions in which they are registered, in accordance with what is stated in the article. 8.1 of Law 3/2012, of April 2, on Sports in Galicia, which states that it is the responsibility of the City Councils to Promote, Promote and Disseminate Sports, especially at school age. SECOND. Beneficiaries The Clubs or Federated Sports Entities with headquarters in the Municipality of Vilagarcía de Arousa and that are registered in the Registry of Clubs/Sports Entities of the Public Foundation of Municipal Sports Services of the Excmo will be able to access these subsidies. Deadline and applications The deadline for accepting applications will be 20 calendar days from the day following the publication of this extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Pontevedra (BOPPO). SIXTH. Justification deadline The deadline for subsidy justification will end on 12/01/2026 at 2:00 p.m. SEVENTH. Other information of interest To apply for the aforementioned Subsidy, the Sports Clubs/Entities will have at their disposal at the Electronic Headquarters, at the address https://sede.vilagarcia.gal, section of the Sports Foundation procedure catalog 30003, the Application and Annexes in the standardized forms, which must be filled out and signed by the legal representative of the Club/Sports Entity. Once covered, they must present themselves through the aforementioned catalog at the previously indicated Electronic Headquarters, as well as indicating that they must attach the corresponding Federation Certificate, in the official model sent to all Sports Federations and signed by the representative of the corresponding Federation. Once the grant is approved, the interested party will be notified through the Electronic Office. To justify the subsidy granted, the Clubs/Sports Entities will once again have at their disposal in the Electronic Headquarters and catalog indicated in the previous paragraph the Justifying Account and annexes in the standardized models, which must be covered and signed by the legal representative of the Club/Sports Entity and presented once covered by the aforementioned catalog.
