Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiary entities. In accordance with article 10 of Order AGA/259/2026, of February 6, the following may be beneficiaries of the subsidies: 1. Cooperation groups that are established with their own legal personality. 2. When the cooperation group lacks legal personality, the members of the group may be beneficiaries as long as they have legal personality, their status as beneficiaries is reflected in the binding document and they meet the following conditions: they are a group or association of producers with their own legal personality and registered office in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, they have accredited and officially recognized before the competent authority their activity for purposes related to plant health and integrated pest management and they have personnel with the necessary qualifications. 3. Beneficiaries must comply with the other requirements provided for in article 10 of Order AGA/259/2026, of February 6. Second.- Object. The purpose of this Order is to call for subsidies for cooperation for the environment in the field of plant health and integrated pest management, for the year 2026 in the Autonomous Community of Aragon, covered by intervention 7165 of the National Strategic Plan of the CAP 2023-2027 (hereinafter PEPAC). Third.- Regulatory bases. Order AGA/259/2026, of February 6, approving the regulatory bases for subsidies in environmental cooperation to cooperation groups in the field of plant health and integrated pest management, within the framework of the National Strategic Plan of the CAP for the period 2023-2027. Fourth.- Amount of the subsidy. The procedure for granting the subsidies referred to in this order will be processed under the ordinary competitive competition regime regulated in article 16.2 of the Consolidated Text of the Aragon Subsidies Law, and always in accordance with the principles of publicity, objectivity, transparency, equality and non-discrimination. The subsidies provided for in this order will be co-financed, in the terms provided, by the EAFRD and the Administration of the Autonomous Community. The maximum total amount estimated for this call is 950,000 euros, charged to budget item 14030/G/7161/770131/12204 PEP 2025/000237 (€408,500) financed by the EAFRD and the budget item 14030/G/7161/770131/91001 PEP 2025/000237 (€541,500) financed by the Autonomous Community. Fifth.- Submission of applications. 5. The deadline for submitting applications will begin on the day of publication of this Order in the “Official Gazette of Aragon” and will end on May 29, 2026.
