EXTRACT from the Resolution of April 20, 2026, of the Second Vice Presidency and the Ministry of the Presidency, by which two scholarships are announced to carry out postgraduate studies at the College of Europe. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index First. Beneficiaries People who meet the requirements established in article 3 of Decree 9/2017, of June 5, modified by Decree 31/2018, of December 14, of the president of the Generalitat, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships for postgraduate studies at the College of Europe. Second. Purpose The award of two scholarships is called for the completion of postgraduate studies during the 2026-2027 academic year, at the Bruges (Belgium) and/or Natolín (Poland) headquarters of the College of Europe. Third. Regulatory bases Decree 9/2017, of June 5, modified by Decree 31/2018, of December 14, of the president of the Generalitat, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships for postgraduate studies at the College of Europe. http://www.dogv.gva.es/datos/2017/06/21/pdf/2017_5517.pdf http://www.dogv.gva.es/datos/2018/12/20/pdf/2018_11891.pdf Fourth. Amount The scholarships will be substantiated by exempting the recipients from part of the payment of the amount corresponding to the costs of registration, accommodation and maintenance, compensating the College of Europe for these expenses, for a total of 54,000 euros, against justification of the enrollment and effective incorporation of the scholarship recipients in said College, and will be financed from the budgetary program of the Presidency of the Generalitat G01050601.112D00, of chapter IV, line S0298, of the current budgets of the Generalitat. Fifth. Application deadline, form of presentation and documentation that must accompany the application. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 days, counting from the day following the publication of this call resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. The form of presentation of the applications and documentation that must be accompanied will be carried out and will comply with the provisions of Title II, Chapter I of Decree 9/2017, of June 5, modified by Decree 31/2018, of December 14, of the president of the Generalitat, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of scholarships for postgraduate studies at the College of Europe, accessing the corresponding procedure through the following link: https://sede.gva.es/es/detall-tramit?id_proc=G2745
