The subsidy for the two-day cultural trip to Cartagena with entry to wineries

Official description of the call

First.- Beneficiaries and Requirements 1.- People residing in Paterna who meet the following requirements may participate in the Travel Program for seniors of the municipality of Paterna: 1.1.Be Spanish or foreign with legal residence in Spain. Foreigners residing in Paterna may benefit as long as they meet the conditions of Organic Law 4/2000, on the Rights and Freedoms of Foreigners in Spain, and the requirements established in this regulation. 1.2. Retirees and pensioners (provided they have acquired pensioner status prior to January 1, 2025), registered in the municipality of Paterna for 6 months. 1.3. Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of the reiterated General Law of Subsidies, required to have the status of beneficiary of the subsidy. 1.4.Not suffer from mental or behavioral disorders that could alter the normal coexistence of users in hotel establishments, or from an infectious or contagious disease. They will have to fend for themselves. 1.5. People aged 60 or over with disabilities who, according to the provisions of the Consolidated Text of the General Law on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and their Social Inclusion, have a disability equal to or greater than 33%, accredited with a certificate. In the event that these people require the help of a companion, it will be necessary to present a disability certificate stating a degree equal to or greater than 65%. People with disabilities will come with their companion so that they can help them carry out the activities. 1.6. Applicants will accredit to the City Council their compliance with the established requirements through a responsible declaration. 1.7. Compliance with the conditions established in this article to have the status of beneficiary will refer to the moment of presentation of the corresponding application. 2. - Accompanying persons Users referred to in point 1 may be accompanied by their spouse or, where appropriate, by a de facto partner or person with whom a stable and cohabiting union is established with an emotional relationship similar to that of a spouse, without the need for them to meet any of the requirements required in point 1. Second.- Obligations of the beneficiaries In addition to the obligations that, in general terms, in article 14 of Law 38/2003, of November 23, General Subsidies, establishes the following obligations of the beneficiaries: a) Communicate non-attendance to the trip with a minimum notice of 2 days. If you cancel at the last minute, you will be notified before departure to have the right to a refund. The reasons for resignation with the right to a 100% refund will be the following: 1.- In case of illness, before the start of the trip, with prior medical proof. 2.- In case of serious illness of a relative of the first or second degree of consanguinity or affinity, before starting the trip, with prior medical proof. 3.- Death of the user or family member in the first and second degree, due to consanguinity or affinity. 4.- In case of serious damages (which imperatively require your presence on the day of departure) such as theft, fire, flood or similar incident that affects the habitual residence, attaching supporting documentation. 5.- In the event of an inexcusable duty whose failure to comply generates criminal, civil or administrative liability, prior proof of travel must be provided before starting the trip. The amount to be refunded will be the following: –95% of the total trip if the notification of non-attendance for the trip occurs more than 15 days prior to the scheduled date of the trip. –50% if it occurs between 14 days and 7 days prior to the trip. -20% if it occurs between 6 and 2 days prior to the trip. -10% in the event that the cancellation notification occurs within 48 hours prior to the trip. –Non-show at the departure time or communication less than 48 hours in advance will be penalized 100%, with no right to any type of refund. If the user communicates his/her cancellation once the trip has started, the right to a refund will expire. • In the event of not filling 60% of the planned places, the contracting body reserves the right to cancel
