4.3. CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO YOUNG PEOPLE FOR THE PAYMENT OF HOUSING RENT. 1. Purpose The purpose of these subsidies is to help young people from Arrasate, aged between 18 and 35, pay the rent for housing, to help them in their emancipation process, and to promote the rental of housing. 2. Requirements to meet. 2.1. Gaztelagun Program Given that the Basque Government subsidizes housing rentals through the Gaztelagun program, those who meet all the requirements to access these subsidies will not have access to those regulated in this call by the Arrasate City Council. If a person applies for the Gaztelagun subsidy and is denied, they may request the subsidy from the Arrasate City Council. In this case, you must present Gaztelagun's denial resolution, in addition to the documentation required in this call. 2.2. Rental requirements.
