6.2. CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF SUBSIDIES TO PROMOTE LOCAL TRADE AIMED AT THE COMMERCIAL AND SERVICES SECTOR OF ARRASATE 1. Purpose and scope of application The object of these calls is to regulate the requirements for granting subsidies to the trade and services sector for the organization of activities aimed at promoting local trade in Arrasate. 2. The beneficiary establishments and their characteristics The beneficiaries of this aid must meet the following requirements: Have an activity in the commercial or service sector. That the activity and/or establishment is located in Arrasate. A supramunicipal association may be a beneficiary, provided that one or more of its members have established their activity in Arrasate. Activities that benefit from the collaboration agreement that the city council signs annually with the merchants' association are excluded from these subsidies. Not have debts with the Arrasate City Council. Excluded from this call are: those projects or actions that, due to their nature and purpose, may fall under another municipal subsidy program. 3. Organization, coordination and similar expenses will not be considered. Investments will not be financed. The acquisition of any material or contracting of services not directly related to the activity will not be financed. Those activities or projects that the City Council considers fit better into other aid programs will not be financed. 5. Subsidy amount This program will finance 50% of the admissible expense of the activity. Each establishment may receive a maximum subsidy of 1,500 euros per year.
