BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans) and in this BOJA. First. For the financial year 2026, subsidies are called under a competitive competition regime for the financing of projects that promote the prevention of violence against women, in application of the measures contemplated in the State Pact against Gender Violence, by virtue of section 2. 2 letter a) of the summary table of the Regulatory Bases of these subsidies, in the maximum total amount and charged to the budgetary credit indicated below, within the framework of the Order of 9 of December 2020 (BOJA No. 240, of December 15, 2020), of the Ministry of Equality, Social Policies and Conciliation, modified by Order of October 10, 2023, of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality (BOJA Number 198 of October 16, 2023). Second. Beneficiary Entities Entities that meet the requirements established in the fourth section of the summary table of the Regulatory Bases approved by the Order of December 9, 2020 (BOJA no. 240, of December 15, 2020) may be beneficiaries of these subsidies. The requirements to apply for the subsidy and its form of accreditation are included in the fourth and fifteenth sections, letter b) of the summary table of the Regulatory Bases. Third. Purpose The financing of projects that promote the prevention of violence against women. Room. Regulatory bases This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to women's associations and federations for the implementation of projects that promote the social participation of women, the promotion of gender equality and the prevention of violence against women, approved by Order of December 9, 2020 (BOJA no. 240, of December 15, 2020), modified by Order of October 10, 2023, of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality (BOJA Number 198 of October 16, 2023). Fifth. Amount. The maximum total amount allocated to this call amounts to 1,000,000 euros for the year 2026, charged to the expenditure budget item 1831180000 G/31T/48000/00 S0689. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 2 months from the day following publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía of this extract. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
