BDNS (Identif): XXXXX In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8. a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (BOE no. 276 of November 18), the Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA and in the National Subsidies Database http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans First. Call for applications The grants to non-profit entities for the care of women at risk of social exclusion and especially vulnerable to gender violence under the Order of September 24, 2020 (BOJA no. 190 of September 30, 2020) and its modification of February 2, 2022 (BOJA no. 26 of February 8, 2022). Second. Beneficiary Entities. Private non-profit entities may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, whose object or social purpose is to care for women or groups included in the lines of action established in section 1 of the Summary Table of the regulatory bases and that comply with the requirements established in section 4 of the Summary Table of the line regulated in the Order of September 24, 2020, and its modification of the Order of February 2, 2022. The requirements that the entities that apply must meet the subsidy are: 1. Be legally constituted. 2. Comply with the obligations provided for in current regulations regarding authorization, registration, accreditation and inspection of the Social Services of Andalusia. 3. Not be subject to any of the circumstances provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. Third. Object. The purpose of this call is the financing of programs whose purpose is to care for and welcome women at risk of social exclusion and especially vulnerable to gender violence. Room. Legal regime. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, to non-profit entities for the care of women at risk of social exclusion and especially vulnerable to gender violence, approved by Order of September 24, 2020, as well as by the modification thereof approved by Order of February 2, 2022. Fifth. Financing. The subsidies will be covered by the budget item and with the maximum total amount established in the following table: BUDGET ITEM: 1831180000 G/31T/48002/00 S0689 (State Pact against Gender Violence) MAXIMUM TOTAL AMOUNT: 2,000,000 euros 3. The maximum amount established in the section The above may be extended by increases in the available credit up to a maximum of 1,500,000 euros, without the need for a new call, under the provisions of article 10.d) of Decree 282/2010 and May 4, which approves the Regulation of the Procedures for Granting Grants of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía. 4. In compliance with article 10.d), point 2 of the aforementioned Regulation, it is expressly stated that the effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit, prior approval of the budget modification that proceeds at a time prior, in any case, to the resolution to grant the subsidy. 5. In accordance with article 10.e), point 3, the declaration of available credits will be made by the head of this Institute and must be published in the same media as the call, without such publicity implying the opening of a period to submit new applications, nor the beginning of a new calculation of the period to adopt and notify the granting resolution. It is expressly stated that this call is financed through Service 18, declaring that the actions subject to it fully comply with the eligibility measures and the technical and administrative requirements linked to this financial source, in accordance with the regulations applicable to the management of said funds.
