Official description of the call

BDNS In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3b and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index). First. Purpose and regulatory bases. 1. The purpose of this ORDER is to call for subsidies by 2026 to promote the labor integration of people at risk or in a situation of social exclusion through personalized integration itineraries, in collaboration with non-profit entities. 2. The regulatory bases of this call are contained in Chapter I of the Order of July 20, 2022 of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment (BOCM no. 177, of July 27, 2022) modified by Order of July 11, 2024, of the Minister of Economy, Finance and Employment (BOCM no. 171, of July 2024). Second. Beneficiary entities. Private non-profit legal entities, with territorial scope of action in the Community of Madrid, that carry out labor integration programs for groups at risk or in a situation of social exclusion in the territorial scope of the Community of Madrid, with experience in this type of actions of at least two years, may benefit from the subsidies established in this order. Third. Financing 1. To fulfill the purpose provided for in this call order, the validity of which will extend to the year 2026, the budgetary credit will be allocated from Program 241M-Promotion and Promotion of Employment of the General Budgets of the Community of Madrid for 2026, expenditure subconcept 48099, for an amount of 3,332,326 euros. 2. The amount estimated in point 1 of this section may be increased when any of the causes contemplated in section 2.a) of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, approving the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, occur. The increase in the amount allocated to the subsidies called will be carried out according to the procedure established in article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. In any case, the effectiveness of the additional amount will be conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit at a time prior to the resolution of the call. 3. These aids are co-financed by the European Social Fund Plus within the framework of the ESF+ 2021/2027 Operational Program, of the Community of Madrid, for the year 2026. Fourth. Amount 1. The amount of the subsidy will be a module of 1,300 euros for each participating person who completes a 6-month insertion itinerary. The amount of the subsidy will be reduced or increased proportionally if the duration of the itinerary is shorter or longer than that indicated, but may not be less than 3 months or more than 9 months. 2. Requests will be made for the amount resulting from multiplying the number of planned itineraries by the amount of the module established in the previous section based on the duration of the itinerary. Fifth. Number of itineraries and eligible period 1. The minimum number of itineraries per project submitted will be 15 and the maximum number of itineraries will be 150. 2. The eligible period for the execution of the approved projects will be, at most, twelve months from the date appearing in the order by which the call is resolved. Sixth. Publicity of the call and deadline for submitting applications. 1. The call will be published in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid in the form of this extract, through the National Subsidies Database, which will publish the full text of the same in the National Subsidies Advertising System. 2. The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days counted from the day following the publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Seventh. Forms. The standardized models corresponding to the forms provided for in this call will be published on the electronic headquarters of the Community of Madrid.
