10.2. SUBSIDIES FOR THE EXTRAORDINARY ACTIVITY OF THE SPORTS CLUBS OF ARRASATE 1. Purpose. The purpose of this call is the granting of financial aid under a competitive competition regime to sports clubs of Arrasate for: -The organization of extraordinary and/or specific sports activities of a recreational nature aimed at the entire population, in the period specified in this call, and that are carried out in the municipality of Arrasate, or by Arrasate athletes in the event that the activity is carried out outside the municipality. 2. Beneficiaries 1. Sports clubs that meet the following requirements may apply for the subsidies that are regulated by this call: a.- Be constituted in accordance with current legislation, and registered in the Registry of Sports Associations and Entities of the Basque Government. b.- Possess a Tax Identification Code and be up to date with tax obligations. c.- Have their headquarters and scope of action in Arrasate, and exceptionally, those other clubs that, although not having their headquarters or scope of action in Arrasate, develop activities or projects in Arrasate and these are considered of interest by the Sports Service. 2. Beneficiary commitments a- The organizer of any activity to be subsidized must state in all written, verbal or graphic advertising the collaboration of the Mondragón City Council, inserting its logo. (e.g. website, banners...). 3. Documentation to present The documentation required in the general ordinances. In addition to what is regulated in the general ordinances, the following must be submitted: 3.1- Subsidy application form duly completed in accordance with the official model. 3.2- Certificate proving ownership of the current account. It will not be necessary to present it if it was presented in the previous call and there has been no variation since then. 3.3- Report: Technical report, detailing the details of the organization of the activity: dates and place of celebration, scope of the activity, participants in it (specifying categories or ages), etc. b- Complete file of the person or team responsible for the organization of the activity. Economic report with detailed description of expenses and income of the activity. 3.4- Mondragón City Council may request ex officio, whenever possible and previously authorized by the club, the following documents: Proof of being registered with the Basque Government. Updated certificates of being up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations. 4. Application submission deadline Subsidy applications must be submitted before October 15, 2026. 5. Department in charge of processing Applications will be processed by the Sports Area. 6.- Assessment criteria for requests for aid for the club's extraordinary activity. To calculate the aid regulated in these bases, the following criteria will be applied. 1. Incidence and contribution of sports activity at the local level. 2. Technical quality of the project presented (design, methodology, organization of resources, innovative nature, etc.) and its timeliness. 3.
