Official description of the call
First.- Object: The purpose of this call is the granting of public subsidies for the financing of projects that promote and support actions aimed at promoting the association of feminist and LGTBIQA+ gifts and groups with the financing of projects with a clear feminist perspective and promoting their projects for the promotion of gender equality, and the fight against gender violence and LGTBIQA+phobia in the City of Xàtiva, carried out by women from January 1, 2026 until December 31, 2026 included. Second.- Beneficiaries: Legal entities that meet the following requirements may submit applications: a) Be legally constituted b) Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of Xàtiva. c) The status of the association must contain, among its purposes, the promotion of gender equality. d) Associations will have to be up to date with compliance with tax obligations with the Treasury, General Treasury of Social Security and with the Xàtiva City Council. e) Not be in a situation of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies. f) Have justified, where appropriate, the subsidies granted by this city council in the previous financial year. g) Accompany the documents listed in clause eight. Third.- Regulatory bases: The regulatory bases by which the call for the granting by competitive concurrence of subsidies aimed at promoting projects with a feminist perspective for the promotion of equality carried out by women's associations, feminist and LGTBIQA+ groups of Xàtiva is regulated. Fiscal Year 2026, they are available on the transparency portal and on the Municipal Notice Board. https://xativa.sedelectronica.es/ Fourth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting the application will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the announcement of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Valencia. Applications for these subsidies will be made exclusively electronically, in accordance with that indicated in article 14.2 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, through the Electronic Headquarters of the Xàtiva City Council, using the procedure called: Application for registration in the call for subsidies aimed at promoting projects with a feminist perspective for the promotion of equality carried out by women's associations, feminist groups. and LGTBIQA+ of Xàtiva Fifth.- Documentation: That indicated in the eighth clause of the regulatory bases by which the call for the granting by competitive concurrence of subsidies intended for the promotion of projects with a feminist perspective for the promotion of equality carried out by women's associations, feminist groups and LGTBIQ+ of Xàtiva is regulated. Fiscal Year 2026 Sixth.- Resolution: The competent body for the resolution will be the Mayor's Office of the Xàtiva City Council.
