Second. Object and purpose of the call The purpose of these rules is to regulate the procedure, under a competitive competition regime, for the granting of financial aid, from the Linguistic Promotion area of ​​the Picassent City Council, to businesses, services and micro-enterprises, aimed at promoting the use of Valencian in the commercial sector. Third. Award procedure The prizes present will be awarded in accordance with the competitive competition procedure. Room. Budget credit The awards approved through this call for a maximum total amount of €3,200 will be processed from the 2026 municipal budget item called "Premis a l'ús del valencià en el commerce local 2026": 640.33402.4810001. The City Council may authorize an additional amount, the application of which to the granting of subsidies will not require a new call. Fifth. Modalities, criteria and amounts of the prizes to be awarded 5.1. A single type of award is established, aimed at a specific sector of commercial activity. 5.2. Interior lettering: up to 2 points. 3.Advertising, corporate image and/or merchandising: up to 4 points. 4.Administrative documentation: up to 3 points. 5. Product labeling: up to 2 points. 6. Assessment criteria for the concession Firstly, the general criteria of article 16 of the General Subsidy Ordinance of the Picassent City Council are the following: - Section u) Use and promotion of Valencian in the activities subject to subsidy. - Section v) Other additional specific criteria, perfectly defined, quantifiable and directly linked to the field of public promotion, approved by the granting body in advance.
