Official description of the call
Likewise, the call can be consulted at the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (https://www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es) using the BDNS identifier: 904294 First. –Object, purpose and concession regime. 1.- Call, on a competitive basis, the granting of public subsidies aimed at financing training programs for the acquisition and improvement of professional skills related to technological changes and the digital transformation of the economy for employed workers in Castilla y León for the years 2026 and 2027. 2.- The granting of subsidies contemplated in this call will be carried out in accordance with the principles of competition, publicity and objectivity. 3.- The training programs must be composed of training actions that respond to the needs for basic and/or advanced skills related to digital transformation and cybersecurity established as priorities in Annexes X.1, X.2.A and Training actions that respond to the needs of basic skills must be taught in person, and those that respond to advanced skills, both general and related to cybersecurity, must be taught in person and/or teletraining, taking into account the delivery modalities approved for each of the training actions established as priorities in Annexes X.1, X.2.A and X.2.B. 4.- The maximum number of training programs subject to subsidy under this call will be 10. Second. – Beneficiary entities. Beneficiary entities of these subsidies may be training entities or groups formed by them, which on the date of publication of the extract of the call are registered in the corresponding Registry of Training Entities, to teach in person or teletraining those specialties of the Catalog of Training Specialties provided for in article 20.3 of Law 30/2015, of September, for which they request a subsidy, according to the provisions of article 15 of the aforementioned law and for which this call provides adequate and sufficient credit. Training entities may either attend individually or participate in a single group, both options being incompatible. If the applicant entity is the owner of registered or accredited facilities for the training specialty in the territorial area where the training action must be provided, it must attend with its own facilities and cannot do so with those owned by third parties. Third.- Regulatory bases. Order IEM/1070/2022, of August 20, which establishes the regulatory bases for public subsidies intended for the financing of training programs for the acquisition and improvement of professional skills related to technological changes and the digital transformation of the economy for workers employed in the Community of Castilla y León, (BOCyL no. 166, August 29, 2022), modified by Order IEM/587/2023, of April 28 and Order IEM/613/2025, of June 10. Room. -Amount. The credits intended to finance the subsidies established in the call are the following: Fiscal year 2026: €2,800,000.00 Fiscal year 2027: €700,000.00 Fifth.- Applications Applications will be submitted electronically within 10 days. The calculation of the deadline will begin the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the "Official Gazette of Castilla y León". The subsidy application will be completed in the standardized model, which is included in Annex I of this resolution, available on the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community of Castilla y León (www.tramitacastillayleon.jcyl.es).
